Hannie has established a robust and well-connected network within the global theological library community. Hannie's extensive experience, both as the librarian at Wycliffe Hall, University of Oxford, and in her various previous roles within Bodleian libraries such as the Said Business School Sainsbury Library, PTFL (Philosophy and Theology Faculties Library), Oriental Institute Library, and China Centre Library, positions her as a key contributor to the success of this initiative. Her leadership roles as Chair of ABTAPL, Vice-President of BETH (European Theology Libraries), and Editor of BETH Bulletin, coupled with her active participation in Atla (American Theology Libraries Association) and KTLA (Korean Theology Libraries Association), enrich our project with invaluable insights and collaborations across international theological library associations.  She also worked as the library consultant for OCMS (Oxford Centre for Mission Studies) in 2023. Hannie holds an MSc in Library Science, an MA in Education, and a BA in Psychology.

라일리 관장은 현재 옥스퍼드 대학의 유클리프 홀 도서관 관장으로 재직중이며  영국 신학과 철학 도서관협회(ABTAPL) 회장직과 유럽 신학 도서관 협회 (BETH) 부회장직을 또한 역임하면서  리더쉽 역확을 수행하여 국제 신학 도서관 커뮤니티 내에 공고한 네트워크를 가지고 있습니다.  그 전에는 옥스포드 대학교 비지니스 스쿨의 세인즈베리 도서관, 철학 및 신학 학부 도서관 (PTFL), 동양학부 도서관 및 중국 센터 도서관과 같은 보들리안 도서관들 안에서 다양한 경험을 쌓았습니다. 그리고 BETH (유럽 신학 도서관 협회) Bulletin의 편집자등의 역할 또한 수행하고 있습니다. 더불어, 미국 신학 도서관 협회 (Atla) 및 한국 신학 도서관 협회 (KTLA)와도 적극적 소통 교류함으로써 국제적으로 신학 도서관 협회 간에 소중하고도 긴밀한 협력을 이끌어 내어  본 단체 사업을 성공으로 이루도록 노력하고 있습니다.  OCMS (옥스포드 미션학 센터 대학)에서 도서관 컨설턴트로 2023년 4월에 일하였습니다. 2016년 런던 시티 대학에서 도서관학 석사와 취득했습니다.
